1. Overview – What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by BetFury in connection with the betfury.life website and all associated products and services, including sports betting, PSL betting, football betting, virtual sports, Ludo games, the online casino, and the Aviator crash game. It applies to all registered players on the BetFury platform, regardless of which product they use.
BetFury is operated as a platform built specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3. How BetFury Uses Your Personal Data

4. Payment Data & PKR Transactions
BetFury takes particular care with financial data given that all transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees through local payment channels. Here is specifically how we handle payment data:
When you make a deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash, your mobile wallet number is recorded as part of the transaction record. BetFury does not store your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN or password — these are entered directly on your mobile device and never transmitted to BetFury's servers. The same applies to your NayaPay and SadaPay credentials.
For IBFT bank transfers, BetFury records the source bank account number and branch details as shown on the transfer confirmation. This information is required for withdrawal processing and AML compliance.
For Visa and Mastercard payments, card numbers are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. BetFury does not store full card numbers on its own servers — only the last four digits and card expiry date are retained for reference purposes.

You can opt in to marketing communications during registration or at any time from the communications preferences section of your BetFury account settings. Opting in is entirely voluntary and has no effect on your access to any BetFury product or feature.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any BetFury SMS message.
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any BetFury marketing email.
- Updating your communication preferences in your BetFury account settings panel.
